1. How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend booking your tour at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.


2. How quickly can I expect a response?

We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. As a boutique tour company serving guests worldwide, response times may occasionally vary.

If your request is urgent or you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, please feel free to follow up. Also, kindly check your junk/spam folder in case our reply was filtered.


3. How do pricing and payments work?

Our pricing is based on a minimum of 6 hours and includes:

  • Professional tour guide

  • Private vehicle and driver

  • Fuel and parking fees

  • Meals

  • Entrance tickets

  • Applicable taxes

Not included: gratuities

To secure your booking, a $50 deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before your tour date.

Please note:

  • Tickets must be pre-paid and are non-refundable

  • We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and WeChat Pay

  • Your reservation is only confirmed after receiving the deposit or full payment


4. Can you help design a tour itinerary?

Absolutely! If you’re unsure what to include in your tour, we will gladly create a customized itinerary based on your interests.

After confirming your booking, you will receive a draft itinerary that you can revise freely. This draft is usually sent a few days before your tour, or earlier upon request.


5. How long are the tours?

Our tours are fully flexible.

  • Minimum duration: 6 hours

  • Options range from half-day tours to multi-day experiences


6. What is the best time of day to start a tour?

We can arrange your tour according to your schedule. If you are flexible, we recommend:

  • Morning tours: Start around 9:00 AM

  • Afternoon tours: Finish by 5:00 PM

This helps minimize the impact of rush-hour traffic on weekdays.


7. Where do tours begin and end?

Your private tour begins with pickup from your hotel or preferred location and ends with drop-off at your desired destination.

Additional fees may apply for locations outside our service area (e.g., Tianjin Port).


8. Where can we go during the tour?

You can visit any attractions you’re interested in. Simply share your “must-see” list, and we’ll incorporate it into your customized itinerary.


9. Will the tour guide also be the driver?

No. For most tours, you will have:

  • A professional tour guide

  • A separate driver

Your guide will accompany you at each stop, while the driver remains with the vehicle.
(Except for bookings that specifically request driver-only service.)


10. How much walking is involved?

Your tour can be tailored to your preference. Whether you prefer minimal walking or a more active experience, we’ll design the itinerary accordingly.

Our driver will always drop you off as close as possible to each attraction.


11. Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes! Private tours are ideal for families. Our guides are experienced in engaging children and making Beijing’s history fun and accessible for all ages.


12. How many people can you accommodate, and what vehicles are used?

We can accommodate groups of any size, from solo travelers to large groups.

Typical vehicle arrangements:

  • 1–2 guests: Sedan (e.g., Volkswagen Passat / Toyota Camry)

  • 3–5 guests: Business van (e.g., Buick GL8)

  • 6–14 guests: Minibus (e.g., Toyota Hiace)

All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and designed for comfort.


13. Do you combine different groups on tours?

No. All of our tours are 100% private.
We never combine guests from different bookings.
